Ground pork is cooked with sweet onion, cabbage, and shredded carrots, then seasoned simply with garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded
  • 6 carrots, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2–3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • Sesame seeds, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cabbage and carrots. Cook until tender and slightly wilted, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle in coconut aminos and toss everything together until well combined.
