Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cabbage, shredded
- 6 carrots, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2–3 tbsp coconut aminos
- Sesame seeds, for topping
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in the cabbage and carrots. Cook until tender and slightly wilted, about 5–7 minutes.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
